We offer comprehensive proposal support for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) 2nd Generation Information Technology (2GIT) blanket purchase agreements (BPA). 2GIT is a strategic partnership between GSA and the U.S. Air Force for purchasing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT hardware and software products and ancillary services more efficiently. 2GIT BPAs are available to all DoD agencies and federal, state, local, and tribal governments. Army MSD IDIQ has been cancelled:
The Army has determined to no longer pursue the solicitation and award of the Modern Software Delivery IDIQ.
Contract Canceled:
As of June 27, 2025, The Department of Homeland Security has canceled the evaluation of proposals submitted under its PACTS III department-wide contract vehicle solicitation.

The 2GIT BPAs support agencies with meeting current procurement policies incorporating best practices such as: prices paid data collection, tracking savings, and tracking reduction in costs and administrative burden.
Contract Delayed:
Considering the ongoing evaluating of the recent E.O. “Eliminating Waste and Saving Taxpayer Dollars by Consolidating Procurement,” there’s a reflective delay in the pre-solicitation meeting and the release of the final draft RFP for Army MAPS.

Supply chain risk management (SCRM) is a foundational feature of 2GIT, addressing cybersecurity vulnerabilities associated with IT products by awarding the contract to industry partners who execute solid enterprise SCRM plans. These components in the 2GIT program implement processes and reporting to reduce the risk of compromise throughout the supply chain and support the FY19 SECURE Technology Act.
