The Army has determined to no longer pursue the solicitation and award of the Modern Software Delivery IDIQ.
Contract Canceled:
As of June 27, 2025, The Department of Homeland Security has canceled the evaluation of proposals submitted under its PACTS III department-wide contract vehicle solicitation.
Contract Overview
JWCC NEXT is the followon to the DoD’s enterprise cloud contract, expanding multicloud capabilities, crossdomain security, and tactical edge computing. With an estimated $9 billion ceiling, JWCC NEXT will be central to DoD’s cloud modernization roadmap and support global operations across DDIL (Disconnected, Disrupted, Intermittent, Limited) environments.
The vehicle builds on the current JWCC awards held by AWS, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle, while opening new subcontracting and integration opportunities for cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and missionspecific solutions.
