Contract Overview
The SOF Global Services Delivery (SOFGSD) contract is a forthcoming multiple-award vehicle from USSOCOM that will consolidate and modernize professional service delivery across the enterprise. This contract is expected to support a wide range of mission-critical functions including program management, logistics, administrative support, and strategic planning.
SOFGSD is anticipated to replace or supplement existing support contracts and will serve as a key mechanism for delivering agile, scalable services to USSOCOM components worldwide. The Draft RFP was released in November 2025, with a final RFP expected in early 2026. The contract is structured to support both CONUS and OCONUS task orders, with a focus on operational readiness and mission alignment.
Contract Delayed:
Considering the ongoing evaluating of the recent E.O. “Eliminating Waste and Saving Taxpayer Dollars by Consolidating Procurement,” there’s a reflective delay in the pre-solicitation meeting and the release of the final draft RFP for Army MAPS.
Notice to Industry – Cancellation
